112 TAPEMATE
Automatically
measures and feeds short lengths of PVC, masking, reinforced and other
pressure-sensitive industrial tapes. Controls tape usage to reduce waste,
lower labor costs, and improve quality control — it’s as easy to load as a
manual dispenser.
Three convenient operating modes:
- Manual – Dispenses pre-measured lengths of tape at the push of a button.
- Automatic – Advances replacement length as soon as the previous length is removed.
- Random – Continues to feed as long as the button is pressed.
Large gear motor and drive train for outstanding durability.
Length of tape can be set from 1 to 12 inches, continuous.
Replacement blades, core holders, and other parts available for repair/maintenance when needed.
Tape: 1/4″ to 2″ wide on 3″ diameter core.

UPGRADE: 112A TAPEMATE WITH SHEAR BLADE
Similar to the standard 112 Tapemate, but has “scissor-action” cutter blades. Pulling the lever as the tape is taken from the machine cuts the tape and triggers advance of the next length. For foil, paper, thick films, and other tapes which do not cut well on a serrated blade, or wherever a clean, straight cut is needed.
